THE PROJECT
@HOME is an 18-month project funded by the Lazio Region and led by Giomi, in collaboration with Datawizard and La Sapienza University.
This innovative project aims to transform Integrated Home Care (ADI) by integrating advanced technologies with a personalized care system. Our main objective is to improve the quality of life for the elderly and individuals with neurodegenerative diseases, ensuring them an active, healthy, and safe aging process.
THE THREE MILESTONES OF THE PROJECT
1. Telemonitoring and Telemedicine for Early Diagnosis and Intervention:
- Constant monitoring of vital signs and cognitive functions.
- Early detection of anomalies and risks.
- Timely interventions through remote medical consultations and virtual visits.
2. Smart Living Environment (SLE), an intelligent environment for personalized care:
- Use of sensors and smart devices to monitor the home environment and patient activities.
- Detection of behavioral and physiological anomalies based on personalized models.
- Personalized assistance for daily disease management and psychological support.
